Gopal started coaching after watching too many smart, motivated people in Bangkok get hurt by random gym PTs running cookie-cutter plans. He competes nationally as a powerlifter, so he knows exactly how a body breaks under bad coaching and how it gets rebuilt under good coaching. Today he runs Fit With Gopal as a small, high-touch practice for people who want to look better, lift heavier, and stop guessing.
