This website is operated by Fit With Gopal, a personal training service based in Bangkok, Thailand, offering in-person and online coaching. For the purposes of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”), Fit With Gopal is the Data Controller responsible for your personal data collected through this website.

Information We Collect

When you use our contact and enquiry forms, book a consultation, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, and any message or details you choose to share with us (for example, your fitness goals or availability).

If you submit a testimonial or review, we may also collect your name, photo, video, and the content of your testimonial for the purpose of publishing it on this website with your consent.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website. Payment for coaching packages is arranged directly with your coach.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal data we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and book free consultations
  • Deliver and manage in-person and online coaching services
  • Communicate with you about your training, scheduling, and progress
  • Improve our website and services
  • Meet our legal and administrative obligations

We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form) and, once you become a client, on the basis of performing our coaching agreement with you.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the following third parties, only as needed to run our business and this website:

  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): when you message us directly, subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy
  • Google LLC: for website analytics (Google Analytics) and translation (Google Translate)
  • Hostinger: our website hosting provider
  • Email delivery services used to route enquiry-form submissions to us

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal data collected through enquiry forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our coaching relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for administrative and legal purposes. Testimonials remain published until you ask us to remove them.

Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your data is collected and used
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion or anonymisation of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal)
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please only use this website’s forms with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
