Many of our clients started here. We rebuild the lift from scratch, bracing, hip hinge, eccentric control. We coordinate with your physio if you have one. We never push past pain.

For active conditions: yes, please bring it. We’ll happily call your doctor or physio if needed. For general ‘haven’t trained in years’ deconditioning: no clearance needed.
